Direct Billing: Available for most major insurers. Direct billing is NOT available for ICBC WCB MSP.
Receipts will be provided and can be submitted for reimbursement if applicable.
Booking & Payment: A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Cards are only charged in accordance with the cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy: Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required. Late notice or missed appointments are subject to the full treatment fee.
Payments accepted: Insurer billing (if applicable), debit, cash, or e-transfer.
Credit card payments are subject to a small processing fee.

Allison has completed LANA-accredited 135+ hour certification training in Complete Decongestive Therapy and provides clinical lymphatic care to support medical and primary care goals, including patients managing cancer-related and treatment-related side effects.
Allison’s approach is evidence-informed, trauma-informed, and guided by patient experience, current pain science, manual therapy research, and over 16 years of clinical practice.
Treatment is not technique- or modality-based; care is tailored to each patient’s presentation, goals, capacity, and priorities.
